The true difference between getting better and staying better is rehabilitation and whether it’s a shoulder injury or repetitive strain, tennis elbow to runner’s knee, we will have an exercise program to suit.

Detailed rehabilitation is a vital part of the recovery process from injury and too often over looked or neglected by some practices or simply addressed with a sheet of take home exercises. We wouldn’t dream of treating you like that.

Our rehabilitation programmes are tailored to your individual needs and goals. We ensure your programme is functional, progressive, achievable and fun. You’ll get your own ‘rehab channel’ where you can watch videos of your exercises and print out photo instructions and step-by-step diagrams.

We will of course be with you every step of the way tweaking your plan, coaching you, persuading, prodding and nagging if needed (you know it’s for your own good) to get you better.

Most injuries re occur between month 1 and 3 because they have not been rehabilitated properly if at all. Don’t leave it to chance.
